LipoDissolve is a non-surgical, minimal downtime, injectable procedure for body sculpturing. It is a series of microinjections administered every 2-4 weeks for an average of 6 treatments to permanently dissolve away unwanted fat.

It is not a weight loss program, but instead a body contouring program.
Patients will not notice a difference on the scale but rather a difference in inches.
Typically (depending on area being treated), a decrease in waist size is experienced and clothes generally fit better.

 
What is being injected?
The injection solution is comprised of three components:
1. Phosphatidylcholine
2. Deoxycholate
3. Benzyl Alcohol

PHARMACOLOGY
Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is a naturally occurring substance that comprises 60% of cell membranes. It facilitates cell membrane transport, acts as a natural emulsifier, and enhances liver and cellular function.
Deoxycholate (DC)- is one of the main bile acids produced by the liver. It is a bile salt that aids in the digestion of fat in our diet and destroys fat cell membranes. Medically, it is used to treat gallstones and acts as a solvent for Phosphatidylcholine.
Benzyl Alcohol- present in the solution as an antimicrobial and preservative. In larger quantities has been shown to also rupture cell membranes.
